何謂心理健康?

單憑才智或者理性是不可能達到心理健康的。心理健康的獲得不僅依靠思想活動,而且取決於整個人格的實現。我們必須平等地尊重理性、感情以及我們本性中意動或者願望和驅動的一面,使之密切合作而不是衝突,才可能達到真正的心理健康。
